All warranties are not subject to our discretion, this is the decision of the manufacture. We cannot do warranties over the phone as we must see the product, take pictures, and send the information to the manufacturer. Please bring your skis or boots into the shop so we can help figure out next steps! Skis, boots, and bindings less than one year old with manufacturer defects can fall under a warranty. Skis/Bindings that do not fall under warranty: - Delamination due to impact, overheating, or age (1 year or older) - Edge, top sheet, or binding damage due to impact or intended use Boots that do not fall under warranty: - Bent/broken buckles - Heal/toe wear - Torn liners (including the tongue being ripped out) - Melted liners or shells
